2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the rate at the time of booking will be
honored.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you fail to attend your session (“no-show”), the session fee is forfeited.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once a session is completed, as services are based on time, energy, and
expertise.
A satisfaction guarantee applies: if you feel you did not gain clarity or actionable steps, please notify
Priyanka during the session, and your fee will be waived.

5. Confidentiality
All personal information and discussions during sessions are kept strictly confidential.
Priyanka will never share your details without your written consent, except where required by law.

6. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the guidance received.
Sessions require your active participation, honesty, and openness to be effective.

7. Limitation of Liability
Priyanka shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes of decisions made
by the client.
